Viewing images as thumbnails

You can use First Page 2006 to view all the images in your the displayed directory in the Images Library in a user-friendly thumbnail format. This is a quick way of reviewing a large number of images and selecting the ones you want.

NOTE: You can also use the same functionality outside of this tab - refer to Viewing image thumbnails for more information.

To view images as thumbnails:

  1. Click on the myAssets tab tab.

  2. Click on the Images Library button button, if you are not viewing the Images Library image list.

  3. Right-click on the required file.

  4. Click on the Generate Image Thumbnails For This Folder... menu option.

  5. All image thumbnails for this directory are displayed in the upper right-hand section of the window. Click on any image to see the full-size image bottom section of the window.

    To insert an image, click on the required image and click on the Insert Image(s) button.

    NOTE: You can change the thumbnail image size by clicking on the Options button and selecting the required option.
